Who we are
Callback is operated by Leveling Up Partners. You can reach us at support@getmycallback.com.
What you get
Callback gives you AI tailored resumes, a match score, and one tap job search links for your area. The match score is an estimate. It is not a guarantee of interviews or jobs.
Passes and payment
Passes are one time payments. They never auto renew, and your access ends when your pass ends. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, because you can see your new score free before you pay. If something is broken, contact support@getmycallback.com within 7 days and we will fix it.
Payments are processed by Link (Stripe). Your card statement will show LINK.COM* LEVELING UP.
Acceptable use
Use Callback for your own job search. Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to harass or deceive anyone.
Your content
Your resume and everything in it stays yours. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from your account settings.
AI output
AI output may contain mistakes. Review your tailored resume before sending it to an employer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Leveling Up Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost job opportunities, arising from your use of Callback.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
